His site contains much that is of interest both to beginners and to all people who want to gain an understanding of what good modern astrology is like. Jeff also sponsors many interesting events in Europe and in France in particular.
The Institute for Astroenergetic Studies The IAS is the creation of Hans-Hinrich Taeger and Thomas Siegfried. In America they may not be quite as well known for their work in gathering accurate birth data as Lois Rodden and Edwin Steinbrecher's D.O.M.E., but they assembled and published vast quantities of such data in a four volume hardback edition. In addition they have an interesting website with many other goodies besides birthdata. A website well worth visiting.
