Astrological Schools and TrainingKepler College of Arts and SciencesKepler College is the only college in the western hemisphere authorized by an appropriate governmental agency to issue BA and MA degrees in Astrological Studies. The entire curriculum is based on astrology. Kepler's first freshman class began in July 2000. Kepler offers a Distance Learning with Symposia Program. Each academic term is twelve weeks in duration...eleven of which of are presented on-line. Students complete reading, writing and research assignments under the e-mail guidance of the faculty. Kepler's first year historical curriculum and the second year curriculum as well give much excellent material on traditional astrology. The Qualifying Horary Diploma Course, Olivia Barclay Olivia Barclay was one of the ones (along with Robert Zoller) who started the entire movement of revived interest in traditional astrology. Robert Zoller's Medieval Study Course Robert Zoller was one of the first to begin seriously investigating Medieval techniques and their application to modern astrological usage starting back in the 1970's! As a result Zoller has learned more about the actual application of these techniques than just about anyone else. His course contains the fruits of his knowledge made accessible to anyone willing to make the effort.He also has many interesting and worthwhile books to buy. At present this link does not work. The Faculty of Astrological Studies of Great Britain This is one of the oldest, best, and best established of astrological schools and curricula in astrology available for those who want to learn astrology from scratch. While the Faculty program is not especially oriented toward traditional astrology, it has begun to incorporate more traditional material. In any case, it is one of the best general astrology educational programs available today on or off the NET. The annual Oxford Summer School is one of the highlights of the astrological year.
